上图本不论版面还是文字,都继承了程甲本和程乙本,且书末有“萃文书屋藏板”款识,显然属于程本系统。但上图本与甲、乙本亦有诸多不同:总目有六处与大多数程乙本不同;文中回目近半不同于程乙本。版面上不仅个别页面由半页十行变为十一行,而且出现了版心、活字倒置、空缺、窜行、间距异常等特殊现象,不同于甲、乙本。就具体文字来看,既有承袭程乙本者,亦有承继程甲本者,还有不同于甲、乙本者。上图本应是萃文书屋第三次摆印本,可称为“程丙本”。
