四川省疾病预防控制机构自2011年全面推行绩效工资制度,深入分配制度改革,取得一定成效。但在实施绩效工资后,疾控人员与医院工作人员的收入差距进一步拉大,严重挫伤了疾控人员的积极性。本文就雅安市县两级疾控中心实施绩效工资以来对人员队伍动态变化进行分析,提出可行性建议和对策。1对象与方法1.1研究对象雅安市县两级疾控机构及工作人员。1.2研究方法采用Excel软件处理人员2011-2013
Sichuan Province Disease Prevention and Control Agency since 2011, the full implementation of performance pay system, in-depth distribution system reform, and achieved some success. However, after implementing performance pay, the income disparity between CDC staff and hospital staff has further widened, seriously dampening the enthusiasm of CDC staff.
