在Ce(SO_4)_2添加量为0.5 g/L的氧化液中对ZL108铝合金进行了微弧氧化处理,研究了添加Ce(SO_4)_2对微弧氧化膜特性的影响。利用扫描电镜(SEM)观察了微弧氧化膜形貌,能谱仪(EDS)分析了膜层元素,X射线衍射仪(XRD)分析了膜层相组成,测试了膜层厚度、硬度和氧化电压变化曲线。结果表明,添加Ce(SO_4)_2后有利于微弧氧化膜生长,导致氧化电压和硬度增加,Ce元素进入膜层并改变了微弧氧化膜形貌,使膜层γ-Al_2O_3相含量增加。
The effect of Ce (SO_4) _2 on the properties of MAO coatings was investigated by means of micro-arc oxidation of ZL108 aluminum alloy with 0.5 g / L Ce (SO 4) 2 added. The morphologies of MAO coatings were observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), the film elements were analyzed by energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) and the phase composition was analyzed by XRD. The results show that the addition of Ce (SO_4) _2 is beneficial to the growth of MAO film, which leads to the increase of the oxidation voltage and hardness. The Ce element enters into the film and changes the micro-arc oxidation film morphology and the γ-Al 2 O 3 phase content of the film increases.
