随着《幼儿园教师专业标准(试行)》(下文简称《标准》)的颁布,幼儿教师专业发展得到了规范化的解读。《标准》从三个方面的内容对幼儿教师的专业发展提出了要求:专业理念与师德、专业知识、专业能力。本文认为,课程实施能力是实现幼儿教师专业发展的核心能力。课程实施能力的内涵幼儿教师的课程实施能力,指的是教师挖掘、计划、组织与实施幼儿园课程(活动)的能力。这是从当今广被接受的幼儿园课程的概念引申而
With the promulgation of “Professional Standards for Kindergarten Teachers (Trial)” (hereinafter referred to as “Standards”), kindergarten teachers’ professional development has been standardized. “Standards” put forward requirements on kindergarten teachers’ professional development from three aspects: professional ideas and ethics, professional knowledge and professional competence. This paper argues that the ability to implement the curriculum is the core ability to achieve kindergarten teachers’ professional development. The connotation of the ability to implement the curriculum Kindergarten teachers’ ability to implement the curriculum refers to the ability of teachers to tap, plan, organize and implement kindergarten programs (activities).
