建立了高效液相色谱法同时测定双黄连软胶囊中的9种化学成分——绿原酸、咖啡酸、芦丁、连翘酯苷、野黄芩苷、黄芩苷、连翘苷、黄芩素和汉黄芩素。采用C18色谱柱,乙腈-0.1%甲酸为流动相,梯度洗脱,检测波长278 nm。9种化学成分均有较宽的线性范围和良好的线性关系。回收率为97.5%～101.5%,RSD为1.2%～4.6%。
A HPLC method was established for simultaneous determination of nine chemical constituents in Shuanghuanglian soft capsule - chlorogenic acid, caffeic acid, rutin, forsythiaside, scutellarin, baicalin, forsythin, baicalein and Wogonin C18 column, acetonitrile-0.1% formic acid as mobile phase, gradient elution, detection wavelength of 278 nm. The nine chemical components have a wide linear range and a good linear relationship. The recoveries ranged from 97.5% to 101.5% with RSDs ranging from 1.2% to 4.6%.
