目的 制作适用于冷阴极 X射线管的脉冲高压电源 .方法 依据产生纳秒脉冲高压螺旋形带状传输线发生器的基本原理 ,给出了设计方法的框图 .针对制作出的一套装置 ,就其输出脉冲高压采用分压的方法进行了测量 .结果与结论 实验表明该发生器的输出脉冲高压能满足冷阴极射线管的要求
Aim To make a pulse high-voltage power supply suitable for cold cathode X-ray tube.Methods According to the basic principle of producing a high voltage spiral ribbon transmission line generator with nanosecond pulse, a block diagram of the design method is given.Aiming at a set of device, The output pulse high voltage was measured by partial pressure method.Results and Conclusion Experiments show that the generator output pulse high voltage can meet the requirements of cold cathode ray tube
