目的 探讨泪囊鼻腔吻合术后泪液排泄机制 ,为进一步提高手术效果提供参考。方法 试验组和对照组各 3 0例3 0眼 ,先行鼻腔检查 ,然后以droptest方法分别测定三种体位泪液排泄容量 :仰卧夹鼻 ;与水平面呈 2 5°角夹鼻 ;与水平面呈 2 5°角不夹鼻。结果 试验组泪泵功能减弱 ,瞬目和重力在两组泪液排泄中均起作用 ,而呼吸对其无影响。泪道疾病的发生与鼻腔疾病的程度和部位有关。结论 泪囊鼻腔吻合术中减少影响泪泵功能的操作以及手术前后及时处理鼻腔疾病可提高手术效果。
Objective To study the mechanism of tear excretion after dacryocystorhinostomy for reference to further improve the effect of surgery.
