目的 分析以案例和问题为导向的教学方法(CPBL)在护理带教过程中对实习生评判性思维能力和心理状态的影响.方法 为提升护理实习生的评判性思维能力并改善其心理状态,选取2019年1月~2020年12月在本院接受护理带教的90例实习生进行临床研究,其中2020年1月~12月采用CPBL教学法进行护理带教的45例实习生被设为观察组、2019年1月~12月接受传统护理带教教学的45例实习生则被设为对照组.对两组实习生的考核成绩、教学后评判性思维能力评分、症状自评量表(SCL-90)评分、自主学习能力评分和教学满意度差异.结果 护理带教后,观察组实习生的理论与实践考核成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05);且观察组实习生的评判性思维能力评分、自主学习能力评分和教学满意度也均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组实习生的各项SCL-90评分则要低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 CPBL教学法的应用不仅能够培养护理实习生的自主学习能力和评判性思维能力,还有助于护理实习生考核成绩和教学满意度的提升,能够为各级医疗机构新一代新鲜血液的培养提供帮助.并且,CPBL教学法的应用还能够帮助实习生保持良好的心理健康状态,更好地融入新的工作环境中,临床应用价值极高.“,”Objective To analyze the impact of case and problem based learning (CPBL) on the critical thinking ability and mental state of interns in the process of nursing teaching. Methods In order to improve the critical thinking ability of nursing interns and improve their mental state, 90 interns who received nursing teaching in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected for clinical research. Conclusion The application of CPBL teaching method can not only cultivate the self-learning ability and critical thinking ability of nursing interns, but also contribute to the improvement of assessment scores and teaching satisfaction of nursing interns, and can cultivate a new generation of fresh blood for medical institutions at all levels. provide help.
