提出了一种相控阵横波全聚焦实时超声成像的方法,用于检测并图像化重构钢板对接焊缝中具有不同走向的裂纹缺陷。根据费马最小时间原理,即声波在不同介质中的两点之间传播的情况下,折射路径的声波传播时间最短的原理,提出了一种快速搜索声波折射路径的方法。根据声波在工件中的传播路径以及裂纹延伸方向,建立了一种有效提取裂纹的回波信息并重构裂纹缺陷的计算模型。实验结果表明,该方法能够有效地提取裂纹缺陷的有用信息,图像化重构出具有不同方向的裂纹缺陷,还原裂纹缺陷的真实形状,并能够准确地对裂纹进行定性和定量分析。
A real-time ultrasonic phased imaging method for all-focused transverse-wave phased-array was proposed for the detection and imaging of crack defects in butt welds with different directions. According to the principle of Fermat minimum time, which is the principle that sound wave propagates between two points in different media with the shortest propagation time of the refraction path, a method of searching for the refraction path of sound wave rapidly is proposed. According to the propagation path of sound waves in the workpiece and the direction of crack propagation, a computational model was established to effectively extract the crack echo information and reconstruct the crack defects. The experimental results show that this method can effectively extract the useful information of the crack defects, reconstruct the crack defects with different directions and reconstruct the true shape of the crack defects, and can accurately and qualitatively analyze the cracks qualitatively and quantitatively.
