第一次看见“有效教学”这个字眼、这个观点大约是在2007年前后的一期《人民教育》里看到一位退休的教师写的文章,是关于语文教学的,后来又连续。当时看到那篇文章之后,我有两点深切的体会:一是《人民教育》开放包容的胸襟,二是老教师言辞犀利的批判和振聋发聩的论述。这两点都让人觉得无比痛快。后来,笔者与这位老教师通信,坦率真诚地表达了粗浅但真实的认识。而对我这样一个素昧平生的无名晚辈,退休老教师的耐心教导与无私帮助让我由衷敬佩,至今仍时时回味,从此我将有效教学的观点奉为至宝。
The first time I saw the word “effective teaching”, this view was about the article written by a retired teacher in the “People's Education” period around 2007. It was about Chinese language teaching, but it was successive. At that time, after seeing that article, I had two profound experiences: First, the openness and tolerance of “People's Education”, and second, the criticism of the old teachers' words and the exposition of repercussions. Both of these things make people feel very happy. Later, the author communicated with the old teacher and expressed frank and sincere expressions. For me, an unnamed junior who has never been able to help me, I am sincerely admired by the retired teachers for their patient teaching and selfless help. Since then, I have always cherished the idea of effective teaching.
