本文阐述进行120m/s高速磨削所使用的试验研究设备及其工艺条件.列出了使用不同砂轮在不同的磨削条件(z’)下所得到的主要参数(F’_n, P, V’_w, G, R_a)的试验结果.在其它条件相同的情况下,和60m/s磨削的试验结果进行比较,120m/s高速磨削在提高磨削生产率、磨削精度、砂轮耐用度和工件表面光洁度等方面,都有显著的优越性.本文还对进行120m/s高速磨削时影响磨削过程的主要工艺参数及各参数问的关系进行了试验、分析和研究.试验结果表明,高速静压轴承、用高压喷咀冲洗砂轮和冷却磨削区域、砂轮平衡及修理条件等因素均对120m/s高速磨削过程产生影响.
This paper describes the experimental equipment used for high speed grinding of 120 m / s and its process conditions, and lists the main parameters (F’_n, P, V) obtained with different grinding wheels under different grinding conditions (z ’) ’_w, G, R_a) The results of the tests were compared with the results of 60 m / s grinding under the same conditions.
