本文将从跨文化沟通心理学的角度来解释如何处理汉语国际教学中的“敏感问题”。这不能简单归结于中西文化差异或者意识形态、思维方式的不同,更重要的是文化心理的差异。要取得“敏感问题”沟通的成功,首先我们要尊重对方,平等包容,要用事实,讲道理,更要换位思考,求同存异,以及设计合理有效的沟通方式。
This article will explain how to deal with “sensitive issues” in international Chinese teaching from the perspective of intercultural communication psychology. This can not simply be attributed to the differences between Chinese and Western cultures or ideologies and ways of thinking, and more importantly cultural differences in culture. In order to achieve the success of communication on “sensitive issues,” we must first of all respect each other, be equal tolerant, use facts and reason, but also think empirically, seek common grounds while reserving differences, and design sound and effective ways of communication.
