本文推导出计算外侧转向车轮实际转角β′的解析关系式,它可以适用于后置和前置(整体式)转向梯形。文中提出了以最小传动角θ_(min)为主要设计约束,并推导出最小传动角的计算公式。在解析设计的基础上,本文提出以内侧转向车轮最大转角α_(max)=35°时的外侧转向车轮实际转角β_(36)′等于理论转角β_(35)为目标函数,对转向梯形进行优化设计,这是一种极其简便、可靠的方法。最后通过实例说明,这种优化设计既能达到优化参数的目的,又能最大限度地减少设计工作量,节省时间(机时)和空间(内存)。
