目的:探讨益肾活血药对兔血瘀模型的作用。方法:短毛兔30只,随机分为健康组、模型组、益肾活血大剂量(大剂量)组、益肾活血小剂量(小剂量)组及血栓宁组5组,后3组用药15天后造模,各组取静脉血检测组织型纤溶酶原激活剂(t-PA)、纤溶酶原激活剂抑制物(PAI)、P-选择素(GMP-140)、纤维蛋白原(Fbg)及 D-二聚体(DD)。每组随机取1只内脏作病理检查。结果:t-PA、PAI、GMP-140、Fbg 及 DD 健康组与模型组比较,差异有显著性;大、小剂量组,血栓宁组与模型组比较,差异有显著性;大、小剂量组与血栓宁组比较,差异有显著性;大剂量组与小剂量组比较,差异无显著性。病理改变模型组较重,血栓宁组次之,大、小剂量组较轻,健康组无异常变化。结论:造模成功,益肾活血药大、小剂量组及血栓宁组对兔血瘀模型纤溶系统均有作用;大、小剂量组强于血栓宁组。病理改变符合血液检测变化。
Objective: To explore the effect of Yishen Huoxue Pill on blood stasis model in rabbits. METHODS: Thirty short-haired rabbits were randomly divided into three groups: healthy group, model group, high-dose group of Yishen Huoxue Huoxue (large dose) group, low-dose group of Yishen Huoxue (low-dose) group, and thromboxane group 5 group. Days later, each group took venous blood to detect tissue plasminogen activator (t-PA), plasminogen activator inhibitor (PAI), P-selectin (GMP-140), and fibrinogen ( Fbg) and D-dimer (DD). One viscera was randomly taken from each group for pathological examination. Results: There was significant difference between t-PA, PAI, GMP-140, Fbg and DD healthy group and model group. There was significant difference between large and small dose group and thrombosis group compared with model group; large and small doses. There was significant difference between the group and the thrombosis group. There was no significant difference between the high-dose group and the low-dose group. The pathological changes in the model group were heavier, the thromboxane group was the second, the large and small dose groups were mild, and the healthy group had no abnormal changes. Conclusion: The model success, Yishen Huoxue medicine large and small dose group and thrombosis group have effects on fibrinolysis system of rabbit blood stasis models; large and small dose group is stronger than thromboxane group. Pathological changes are in line with changes in blood tests.
