作为煤矿掘进中的一项关键技术,中深孔爆破技术明显优于其他爆破方式。它具有掘进效率高、破碎效果好、施工进度快、安全性能好等特点,能以较低的价格成本实现较高的施工质量,因此在矿山巷道掘进中得到广泛运用。本文基于中深孔爆破技术概述,对炮眼参数设置、技术优化调整、眼槽布置等中深孔爆破关键技术展开了较为详细的分析,并提出了使用该技术爆破施工中应注意的事项。
As a key technology in coal mining, medium-deep borehole blasting technology is obviously better than other blasting methods. It has the characteristics of high digging efficiency, good crushing effect, fast construction speed, good safety performance, etc., and can achieve higher construction quality with lower cost. Therefore, it is widely used in mine roadway driving. Based on the overview of medium-deep borehole blasting technology, this paper analyzes the key technologies of middle-deep borehole blasting, such as the setting of blasthole parameters, the optimization and adjustment of technology, the layout of the eyelet and so on, and puts forward the points that should be paid attention to in blasting construction using this technology.
