在人类所从事的各种活动中,最大的失误莫过于决策上的失误。在人们所进行的诸多决策中,最大的失误莫过于选用领导人才的失误。根据辩证唯物论的认识论原理,一切决策的失误,都是由于决策者的主观不能正确地反映客观,领导人才选拔使用决策的失误,当然也不例外。所以,失误的原因,就要从主观和客观两个方面去分析,然后采取相应的对策。 (一) 领导人才选拔使用决策的失误,从主观上说,大体有两种情况,一是决策者思想意识上的问题,二是决策者认识能力上的问题。思想意识上的问题,主要表现在出于私心进行
