用激光喇曼光谱作探针,实时跟踪甲基丙烯酸甲酯的预辐射聚合过程。以1642cm-1和600cm-1的喇曼谱带作为分析线对,得到聚合的动力学曲线,单体转化率达86%。分析表明:在甲基丙烯酸甲醇的本体自由基聚合过程中,体系物理状态的变化影响了自由基的反应活性。
Laser Raman spectroscopy was used as a probe to track the pre-irradiation polymerization process of methyl methacrylate in real time. The Raman bands of 1642cm-1 and 600cm-1 were used as the analytical line pairs, and the kinetic curves of the polymerization were obtained. The monomer conversion rate was 86%. The results showed that the physical state of the system affected the free radical reactivity in the process of methanol radical polymerization.
