采用沉淀-熔盐法得到了立方晶系的类球状纳米CeO2粉体,并通过XRD,TEM,BET和TG等分析手段对材料形貌和性能进行了表征,并对反应过程进行了研究。结果表明,将烧结温度控制在500~800℃的温度范围内,可以相应得到晶粒尺寸9.5~105 nm的CeO2粉体,对应的比表面积为105~9.3 m2.g-1。沉淀-熔盐法简便、易行,适用于纳米CeO2粉体的工业化生产。
The cubic system spheroidal nano-CeO2 powders were obtained by precipitation-molten salt method. The morphology and properties of the powders were characterized by XRD, TEM, BET and TG. The reaction process was also studied. The results show that the CeO2 powder with the grain size of 9.5 ~ 105 nm can be obtained by controlling the sintering temperature in the temperature range of 500 ~ 800 ℃ with the corresponding specific surface area of 105 ~ 9.3 m2.g-1. Precipitation - molten salt method is simple, easy, suitable for industrial production of nano-CeO2 powder.
