教学评价离不开定量分析。先人从《孟子·梁惠王上》的一则故事中析出“五十步笑百步”这个贬义成语,用来比喻程度虽然不同、但本质却一样的人与事。据此,五十步是没有资格笑百步的。但兵法上还有敌进我退、以退为进的韬略,倘若将必要的战略撤退规定为五十步,那么,“五十步笑百步”就未尝不可,而后退百步便有“逃跑主义”之嫌,与五十步就有质的不同了。可见定量分析的关键,在于对事物的质的量和量的量作出科学的规定。对于小学教学评价来说,要使定量分析
Teaching evaluation is inseparable from quantitative analysis. The ancestors from the “King of Mencius Liang Hui,” a story of “five steps and laugh hundred steps,” a derogatory idiom, used to metaphor though different, but essentially the same people and things. Accordingly, fifty steps are not qualified to laugh at hundred paces.
