为了提供针对水稻潜根线虫(rice-root nematode,RRN)的抗性研究材料,以及从抗侵染的角度了解水稻品种抗线虫的差异,通过测定线虫侵染率(IR)的方法,比较了采自合肥和六安的2组RRN(H组和L组)在协优57等13个水稻品种上的IR。经形态学鉴定,2组线虫均鉴定为Hirschmanniella oryzae。结果表明,供试的13个水稻品种全部受到RRN的侵染,2组RRN在协优57和M99037中的IR均为0.3%,显著低于在其他品种中的IR(P<0.01),同时还发现同一水稻品种中2组RRN的IR、同组RRN在不同水稻品种中的IR存在显著差异(P<0.05),H组和L组在皖稻63中的IR分别为0.3%和10.0%,H组在中籼103和协优57的IR分别为17.0%和0.3%,这表明H.oryza有一定的生理分化。研究还发现,在某些水稻品种中,2组RRN在同一品种中的侵染率无显著差异,推测有些品种可能存在潜在的普遍性抗侵染能力。
In order to provide resistance research materials against rice root nematode (RRN) and to understand the resistance of rice varieties to nematode from the point of view of anti-infective, the nematode infection rate (IR) Two groups of RRN (H and L) collected from Hefei and Lu’an were studied on IR of 13 rice cultivars including Xieyou 57. Morphological identification, two groups of nematodes were identified as Hirschmanniella oryzae. The results showed that all of the 13 rice cultivars tested were infected with RRN. The IRs of two groups of RRNs were 0.3% in Xieyou 57 and M99037, which were significantly lower than those in other cultivars (P <0.01) The IR of two groups of RRNs in the same rice variety was also significantly different (P <0.05) from the IR of the same group of RRNs in different rice varieties (P <0.05). The IRs of Wandao 63 in group H and L were 0.3% and 10.0% , IR of H group was 17.0% and 0.3% respectively in Zhongxian 103 and Xieyou 57, which indicated that H.oryza had some physiological differentiation. The study also found that in some rice varieties, there was no significant difference in the infection rates of two groups of RRNs in the same variety, suggesting that some varieties may have potential universal anti-infective ability.
