这两年,人们对收入分配改革的期待中,调节限制过高收入、增加中低收入者收入已是一个明确方向。这没错。但当我们看到,对“过高收入”人群的定义越来越宽泛,甚至把大量专业技术人员也列入其中,同时对“过高”的数量界定越来越挑剔,例如,要规定公司总经理和普通员工收入差距不能多于几倍时,不能不说,这种看似“共富”的方向未必符合分配正义原则。
