在扬子乙烯工程桩基测试中,通过对动、静试验的对比,得到动测分析与静载试验十分接近的结果。但由于某些前提不正确,动测推算的结果仍存在一定的随机性。工程还采用了专门研制的大型压力传感器测试桩身内力,展示了不同荷载作用下端承力和桩侧摩擦力的发展趋势。时效试验得出了不同深度桩内力随时间变化的规律及与孔隙水压力、桩尖应力、承载力之间的关系。文章还根据试验数据,对传统的群桩效率公式作了切合实际的修正。
In the Yangzi ethylene engineering pile foundation test, through comparison of the dynamic and static tests, the results of the dynamic analysis and the static load test are very close. However, because some of the premises are not correct, the results of motion estimation still have some randomness. The project also used a specially developed large-scale pressure sensor to test the internal force of the pile body, showing the development trend of the end bearing force and the pile side friction force under different loads. The time-effect test obtained the law of the internal force of piles at different depths with time and the relationship between the pressure and the pore water pressure, pile tip stress and bearing capacity. Based on experimental data, the article also made practical amendments to the traditional group pile efficiency formula.
