采用浸涂法研制出圆管状α-Al2O3陶瓷微滤膜,并通过扫描电镜、压汞仪、流体渗透通量测定等手段对膜结构及性能进行表征探讨了悬浮浆料的性质、制膜工艺条件对膜性能及结构的影响制备的陶瓷微滤膜表层膜厚度约为50μm,平均孔径为045μm,孔隙率为42%,水通量为65×10-2L/(m2·h·Pa)其孔径分布窄,结构均匀无缺陷,机械性能良好,可满足工业化微滤过程的要求
