随着社会经济的发展,进入新时期以来,企业的职工队伍组织结构发生了显著的变化,一大批老职工面临着退休,青年职工逐渐成为企业的主力军。青年职工处于事业的起步阶段,他们有文化、有思想,学习能力强,但是一些青年职工的思想有时候会出现一些问题,在政治上表现的不够成熟。本文论述了新时期开展企业青年职工思想政治教育工作的必要性,同时对青年职工的思想政治教育工作进行了相关探讨。 With the development of society and economy, since the entry into the new period, the organizational structure of the workforce in enterprises has undergone significant changes. A large number of old workers are facing retirement, and the young workers have gradually become the main force of the enterprises. Young workers are in the initial stages of their careers. They have culture, ideology and ability to learn. However, some young workers’ thinking sometimes shows problems and their political performance is not mature enough. This paper discusses the necessity of carrying out ideological and political education for young workers in enterprises in the new era and discusses the ideological and political education among young workers.
