目的:研究八角麻对大鼠佐剂性关节炎及小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:大鼠佐剂性关节炎模型制作采用弗氏完全佐剂皮下注射(sc)大鼠左后足跖0.1ml。通过研究小鼠末梢血白细胞数、脾脏系数、全血白细胞和腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能以及血清溶血素的生成来了解八角麻对小鼠免疫功能的影响。结果:八角麻5g·kg-1及2.5g·kg-1给佐剂性关节炎大鼠ig给药11d,每天1次,可明显减轻大鼠佐剂性关节炎;小鼠ig八角麻5g·kg-1和2.5g·kg-1×8d,可明显降低末梢血白细胞数和脾脏系数;小鼠ig八角麻5g·kg-1×7d,可明显降低全血白细胞吞噬功能;小鼠ig八角麻5g·kg-1×10d,可明显抑制血清溶血素的生成。结论:八角麻对大鼠佐剂性关节炎有明显治疗作用,对小鼠免疫反应有抑制作用。
Objective: To study the effect of Angustifolia on adjuvant arthritis and immune function in rats. METHODS: Rat adjuvant arthritis model was prepared by subcutaneous injection of Freund’s complete adjuvant (sc) in rats with 0.1 ml of left hind paw. By studying the number of mouse peripheral blood leukocytes, spleen coefficient, phagocytic function of whole blood white blood cells and peritoneal macrophages, and the formation of serum hemolysin, the effect of S. obovatus on immune function in mice was investigated. Results: Octagonal hemp 5g·kg-1 and 2.5g·kg-1 were given to adjuvant arthritis rats for 11 days, once a day, which can significantly reduce adjuvant arthritis in rats; 5g·kg-1 and 2.5g·kg-1×8d, can significantly reduce peripheral blood leukocyte number and spleen coefficient; mice ig octagonal hemp 5g · kg-1 × 7d, can significantly reduce the whole blood leukocyte phagocytosis; Rats ig octagonal hemp 5g · kg-1 × 10d, can significantly inhibit the formation of serum hemolysin. Conclusion: Octagonal anesthesia has obvious therapeutic effect on adjuvant arthritis in rats, and has an inhibitory effect on immune response in mice.
