在大多数有机体中,核内核糖体RNA(rRNA)基因是一组位于一条或多条染色体上的呈串联排列的高度重复序列,然而阿米巴中的这些基因大多位于染色体外的环状分子中。本文作者以溶组织内阿米巴为例,并结合其他阿米巴株的一些研究发现,介绍了阿米巴中环状rDNA的发现、溶组织内阿米巴rDNA质粒的特点及其复制、转录等情况,为进一步探讨这种寄生虫的生理特点、致病机制和诊断方法,提供新的线索。
In most organisms, the nuclear ribosomal RNA (rRNA) gene is a set of highly repetitive sequences arranged in tandem on one or more chromosomes, whereas most of these genes in amoeba are located extrachromosomally in. In this study, we took E. histolytica as an example, and combined with some other studies of amoeba strains, we found that the discovery of circular rDNA in amoeba, the characteristics and replication of rDNA plasmid of Entamoeba histolytica, Transcription and other conditions, in order to further explore the physiological characteristics of this parasite, pathogenesis and diagnostic methods to provide new clues.
