研究麻艹贲水提取物对小鼠的全身麻醉作用及ＬＤ５０测定。发现麻艹贲有全身麻醉作用，小鼠ＬＤ５０为７．２６±０．６１ｇ／ｋｇ。证明麻艹贲是华佗“麻沸散”主药的说法是可信的。
To investigate the general anesthetic effect and LD50 determination of water extracts of paralysis in mice. The general anesthetic effect of paralysis was found. The mouse LD50 was 7.26±0.61 g/kg. It is credible to prove that paralysis is the main drug of Hua Tuo’s “Jereal Flavor.”
