第1节TPM的成效实例TPM活动至今已有多年历史,其展现出的优秀成果,也令人惊奇,如: (1)设备综合效率提升至90％以上。(2)劳动生产力提升1．5倍以上。(3)突发故障件数降为原来1／10-1／20。(4)过程不良降低60％-90％。(5)客户抱怨降低30％。(6)零休养事故及公害件数。图8-1乃1991年获得TPM优秀奖的VOLVO比利时厂年产量变化。
Section 1 Effectiveness of TPM Examples TPM activities have been in existence for many years now, and the outstanding results they exhibit are also surprising, such as: (1) The overall efficiency of equipment has been increased to more than 90%. (2) Labor productivity increased by more than 1.5 times. (3) The number of sudden failures is reduced to 1/10-1/20. (4) The process is reduced by 60%-90%. (5) Customer complaints decreased by 30%. (6) Zero rest accidents and number of public hazards. Figure 8-1 shows the annual output change of the VOLVO Belgian plant that won the TPM Excellence Award in 1991.
