试剂(全用双蒸水配制)①pH4.5醋酸盐缓冲液:取醋酸钠(CH_3COONa·3H_2O)68克溶于蒸馏水中,加入冰醋酸60ml,并加蒸馏水至1000ml。②储存铁标准液(1ml(?)100μg铁):取莫尔氏盐(NH_4)_2·Fe(SO_4)_2·6H_2O 0.7032克溶于蒸馏水中,加入0.1N硫酸1ml使之酸化,加蒸馏水至1000ml。③应用铁标准液(1ml(?)2μg铁):取储存铁标准液2ml,加蒸馏水至100m1。④10%抗坏血酸。⑤分析纯氯磺酸(HSO_3Cl,分子量116.52)。⑥邻二氮杂菲溶液:在100毫克4,7-二苯-1,10-邻二氮杂菲中加入0.5ml氯磺酸,在通气柜中煮沸30秒,迅速冷却,逐滴加入蒸馏水10ml,仔细混匀,置沸水浴中5分钟以溶解沉淀,将溶液转入200ml容量瓶中,加醋酸盐缓冲液至刻度。此试剂可保存、应用一年。
Reagents (all with double distilled water preparation) ① pH 4.5 acetate buffer: Take sodium acetate (CH_3COONa · 3H_2O) 68 g dissolved in distilled water, add glacial acetic acid 60ml, and add distilled water to 1000ml. ② store iron standard solution (1ml (?) 100μg iron): Take Mohr’s salt (NH_4) _2 Fe (SO_4) _2 6H2O 0.7032 grams dissolved in distilled water, add 0.1N sulfuric acid 1ml make it acidified, add distilled water to 1000ml. ③ application of iron standard solution (1ml (?) 2μg iron): take storage iron standard solution 2ml, add distilled water to 100ml. ④ 10% ascorbic acid. ⑤ analysis of pure chlorosulfonic acid (HSO_3Cl, molecular weight 116.52). ⑥ o-phenanthroline solution: To 100 mg 4,7-diphenyl-1,10-phenanthroline added 0.5ml chlorosulfonic acid, boiled in a ventilated cabinet for 30 seconds, rapid cooling, the dropwise addition of distilled water 10ml, carefully mixed, set the water bath for 5 minutes to dissolve the precipitate, the solution into a 200ml volumetric flask, add acetate buffer to the mark. This reagent can be stored for one year.
