患者女,35岁,农民,住院号218928。因发热,肝脏肿大半年于1974年10月19日入院。半年前开始每日午后微寒,继之发热,波动于37～38.5℃,约3～4小时后热退汗出,伴乏力,食欲下降,渐消瘦。经某医院疑诊肝炎,治疗无效,后又按细菌性肝脓肿给予青霉素、链霉素、四环素治疗,热仍不退,转我院。无结核、肝炎、痢疾史。检查:T 38.3,P.62,BP110/70,消瘦,
