一、敌敌畏的杀虫特点 敌敌畏具有很高的熏杀、接触和胃毒作用,如以对家蝇为例,一般敌百虫对家蝇的毒效是相当高的,但敌敌畏比敌百虫对家蝇的毒效还要高得多。作者用天津农药厂生产的90%敌敌畏原油进行了下列毒性试验。 (一)胃毒毒性 用5%的糖水配成不同浓度的敌敌畏和敌百虫溶液,饲喂已经饥饿的家蝇,以便求出其最低致死浓度。 试验结果,敌敌畏对家蝇的胃毒最低致死浓度为千万分之一;敌百虫为百万分之一。 (二)接触毒性 用点滴法比较了敌敌畏、地亚农、乐果、敌百虫和马拉松等五种农药的毒性,其结果见表1。
