老化, 已在全国所有现存水利工程中有所体现, 而且有的很严重. 但由于其自身环境特点, 未能引起人们的重视, 从而导致一系列隐患和危害, 尤其作为水库枢纽建筑的溢洪道更易出现问题. 因此本文在国内外现有研究成果的基础上, 通过大量的现场调查和实测, 应用科学的方法对其老化程度进行单项和综合评价, 从定性与定量双重评价为出发点, 建立数学模型及评价标准, 以便给设计人员、管理人员提供决策参考.
Aging has been reflected in all existing water projects across the country, and some are serious. However, due to the characteristics of its own environment, it failed to draw the attention of people, leading to a series of hidden dangers and hazards. In particular, the spillway that is the hub of the reservoir is more prone to problems. Therefore, based on the existing research results both at home and abroad, through a large number of on-site surveys and field surveys, this paper makes a single and comprehensive appraisal of the degree of aging by applying scientific methods. Starting from the double evaluation of qualitative and quantitative, this paper establishes mathematical models and evaluation standards , In order to give designers, managers provide decision-making reference.
