空气间隙式膜蒸馏是一种新型膜分离技术。采用一维定常流动及空气间隙层中不冷凝的假定,对空气隙膜蒸馏系统的传质传热机理进行了理论研究,数学推导中对相关物理量进行了量阶分析,提出小量假设,导出了计算蒸馏通量的理论公式。还通过膜蒸馏实验测定自来水、盐水、染色水和碱溶液等4 种不同溶液的膜蒸馏通量,理论分析和实验结果的比较表明所提出的理论公式能正确预测蒸馏通量
Air gap membrane distillation is a new type of membrane separation technology. Based on the assumption of one-dimensional steady flow and non-condensing in the air gap layer, the mechanism of mass transfer and heat transfer in the air gap membrane distillation system is studied theoretically. In the mathematical derivation, the related physical quantities are analyzed in order of magnitude, and a small assumptions are proposed. The theoretical formula for calculating the distillation flux is given. Membrane distillation experiments were also carried out to determine the membrane distillation flux of four different solutions, including tap water, brine, stained water and alkali solution. The theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the theoretical formula proposed can correctly predict the distillation flux
