“后进生”是一个班集体的重要组成部分,但在平时的班级管理和教学中,这部分学生群体却容易被班主任冷漠对待。在管理班级的过程中,后进生的教育,却关系到班主任工作的成败,因此不容忽视。本文拟从分析“后进生”的概念出发,进而从主观和客观两个方面来系统探讨“后进生”产生的具体原因,最后从后进生本身、家长、学校、社会四个方面提出具体的对策。力求对小学班主任在实施“后进生”管理时提供帮助。
