济南炼油厂的从催化裂化干气中回收乙烯的中试装置于1995年11月18日在该厂通过了中国石化总公司发展部主持的技术鉴定.该项目是总公司发展部重点科研项目之一,由中石化北京设计院、北京大学.济南炼油厂、金陵石化公司南京炼油厂和航天部502所共同负责开发的.该项目是利用固体吸附剂的吸附分离方法从催化裂化干气中回收乙烯.它不同于工业上常用的深冷分离、溶剂抽提和中压油吸收等方法.据计算机检索结果表明:采用固体吸附剂的双变(TAS+VAS)过程,目前世界上尚无先例,更无工业化装置,完全是由我国国内研究机构、设计、生产和高等院校团结协作开发成功的.
The pilot plant for recovering ethylene from FCC dry gas at Jinan refinery passed the technical appraisal conducted by the Development Department of China Petrochemical Corporation at the plant on November 18, 1995. The project is a key research project of the Development Department of the Corporation First, by the Sinopec Beijing Design Institute, Peking University, Jinan refinery, Nanjing refinery Jinling Petrochemical Company and the Ministry of Aerospace 502 jointly responsible for the development of this project is the use of solid adsorbent adsorption separation of ethylene from the catalytic cracking of dry gas recovery .It is different from the commonly used industrial methods of cryogenic separation, solvent extraction and medium pressure oil absorption and other methods.Computer retrieval results show that: the solid sorbent double change (TAS + VAS) process, there is no precedent in the world, No more industrialized devices, is entirely by China’s domestic research institutions, design, production and institutions of higher learning in the successful development of unity and cooperation.
