目的观察正畸固定矫治后牙釉质脱矿的发生情况及原因。方法选取在某院治疗的80例行正畸固定矫治的牙病患者,对其治疗后的牙釉质脱矿情况进行分析,比较上下颌的牙釉质脱矿发生程度。结果 80例患者中有38例出现牙釉质脱矿现象,脱矿率达到47.5%,上颌发生牙釉质脱矿的例数有135例,占14.06%,下颌发生的例数有107例,占11.12%,经比较χ2=4.03,P﹤0.05,差异有统计学意义。发现上侧切牙发生牙釉质脱矿的发生率最大,占25.68%;其次为上中切牙,占18.58%。结论正畸固定矫正技术是种较好的矫正技术,但是它引起患者牙釉质脱矿的问题不容忽视,值得临床上关注,并采取相应的预防措施。
Objective To observe the occurrence and causes of enamel demineralization after orthodontic fixation. Methods Eighty patients with orthodontic orthodontics treated in a hospital were enrolled in this study. The demineralization of enamel after treatment was analyzed and the occurrence of enamel demineralization in the upper and lower jaws was compared. Results 38 out of 80 patients had enamel demineralization, the rate of demineralization was 47.5%, the number of enamel demineralization in upper maxillary was 135 (14.06%), the incidence of mandibular incision was 107 (11.12), accounting for 11.12 %, Compared χ2 = 4.03, P <0.05, the difference was statistically significant. It was found that the incidence of enamel demineralization was the highest on the lateral incisors, accounting for 25.68%, followed by the upper incisors, accounting for 18.58%. Conclusion Orthodontics is a good technique for orthodontic fixation. However, the problem of demineralization caused by enamel demineralization in patients should not be ignored. It is worthy of clinical attention and appropriate preventive measures should be taken.
