1 问题的提出 近年来,随着工程建设项目的逐年增加,山东省淮河流域工程局设计院所承担的大中型河道、线路断面测量任务也随之增加。这些测量任务往往具有要求工期短、成果质量高的特点。而且大部分成果需要直接提供数据及图形文件光盘。因此,传统的断面外业测量、记录、内业计算和绘图方法已经远远满足不了现代工程设计和施工的需要。 1 PROBLEM PROBLEMS In recent years, with the increasing of construction projects, the tasks of measuring large and medium-sized river courses and lines undertaken by the Design Institute of Huai River Basin Engineering Bureau in Shandong Province have also increased. These surveying tasks often have the characteristics of short duration requirements and high quality results. And most of the results need to be provided directly CD-ROM data and graphics files. Therefore, the traditional cross-section of the field of measurement, recording, computing and mapping industry has far been unable to meet the needs of modern engineering design and construction.
