目的 :研究大鼠脑缺血灌流时脑细胞胞浆酶含量的变化及其临床意义。方法 :采用全自动生化分析仪检测血清肌酸激酶 ( CK)、肌酸激酶脑型同工酶 ( CK-BB)、乳酸脱氢酶 ( LDH)以及天门冬氨酸氨基转换酶 ( AST)的含量。结果 :脑缺血 2 0 min,血中 CK、CK-BB和 LDH的含量明显高于假手术组 ( P<0 .0 5或 P<0 .0 1 )。脑缺血再灌流后血中 CK、CK-BB、LDH和 AST的含量明显高于假手术组和脑缺血组 ( P<0 .0 1 )。结论 :脑缺血再灌流时血中胞浆酶的活性增加 ,检测血中胞浆酶含量可反映脑缺血组再灌流时细胞膜的损害程度。
Objective: To study the changes of cytoplasmic enzymes in brain cells during cerebral ischemic perfusion in rats and its clinical significance. Methods: Serum creatine kinase (CK), creatine kinase (CK-BB), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) were measured by automatic biochemical analyzer content. Results: The levels of CK, CK-BB and LDH in blood were significantly higher than those in sham-operation group at 20 min after cerebral ischemia (P <0.05 or P <0.01). The contents of CK, CK-BB, LDH and AST in cerebral ischemia-reperfusion group were significantly higher than those in sham operation group and cerebral ischemia group (P <0.01). CONCLUSION: The activity of cytosolic enzymes in blood is increased after cerebral ischemia and reperfusion, and the level of cytosolic enzyme in blood can reflect the damage of cell membrane during reperfusion in cerebral ischemia.
