在大多数企业中,人力资源管理部门的绩效考核不够完善,这就加大了人力资源部门管理的工作量,影响员工工作的积极性,导致企业内部的凝聚力下降,绩效考核的相关制度完善是企业谋求可持续发展的先决条件。而作为火力发电企业亦是如此,在火电企业中,要深入研究绩效考核在人力资源管理中发挥的很大的作用,要科学合理的安排人力资源,依据每个员工的特点对其工作岗位进行调配,使每一个员工都发挥着主要作用。本文结合火电企业的切身条件,参照人力资源管理中绩效考核的作用、存在的问题以及如何完善进行了一系列的探讨与研究,希望可以帮助各大火电企业进行绩效制度的完善与改革。
