The upcoming Shenzhen-Hong Kong Garden high-rise commercial and residential building is located beside the intersection of Shennan East Road and Wenjin Road. It is diagonally opposite the Xiancheng Building. It is located in an important financial, commercial and traffic area in Shenzhen, according to the Planning Bureau of Land and Resources. The requirements of the building should not only satisfy the requirements for comprehensive use of functions such as residences, offices, restaurants, and shopping malls, but also satisfy the spectacular, majestic, and high taste requirements for streetscapes on the city’s main roads. To this end, five A-level design units were specially organized to participate in the design of the project and open tenders were conducted. Among the nine application designs, experts selected and unanimously selected the currently implemented design proposal and won the bid.
