First, let’s interpret the text “Give it pleasure.” The antonym “give ” is “get ” “get ”. For children in Year 3 and 4 of primary school, it is a pleasure to receive gifts on birthday, and to wear new clothes bought by Mom and Dad in the New Year is happy. In the early morning, I wake up to eat breakfast prepared by my mother is happy ...... In short, children are familiar with “getting happy”. But by contrast, it’s hard for kids to understand why “giving is happy.” Therefore, this topic not only prompts the difficulty of teaching at first, but also creates the defamiliarization effect on reading and arouses readers’ reading expectation.
