糖尿病合并症常侵犯视网膜、肾脏、神经系统。肾脏受累导致肾功能不全,危害生命。由于透析疗法延长寿命,故而视网膜病变成为治疗的最重要课题。作者用1年零7个月的时间,观察糖尿病患者45例90眼,男性29例58眼、女性16例32眼。年龄30～70岁,平均53.6岁,患病4～34年平均16.1年。透析2～3次/周,每次5小时,坚持透析1个月～5年11个月,平均1.7年。糖尿病发病到开始透析时间3～33年,平均14.3年。 Diabetic complications often violate the retina, kidneys, nervous system. Kidney involvement leads to renal insufficiency, life-threatening. As dialysis therapy prolongs life, retinopathy has become the most important topic of treatment. In one year and seven months, the authors observed 45 eyes of 90 diabetic patients, 58 eyes of 29 men and 32 eyes of 16 women.
