摆线转子泵是应用较广的液压元件。目前较多采用“圆弧-摆线”齿形作为摆线转子泵的内外转子齿廓曲线,在绘制内转子齿廓曲线时,可以采用数学计算方法,但比较繁杂,因此,一般采用图解方法,用这种方法得到的齿廓曲线,既不能定形也不能定量,又不能得到较高精确度的齿廓曲线。若采用计算机自动绘图与计算机辅助制造,就可得到高精度的齿廓曲线,获得满意的结果,但必需建立数学模型,对齿廓曲线的有关参数进行分析,为计算机绘图与计算机辅助制造精确的齿廓曲线提供理论依据。
