近年来,“饥饿疗法”风靡世界上一些地区,在我国不少人心目中也成为时尚之举,特别表现在一些急于减肥的女性和追求长寿的老人身上。他们的依据来自科学家们近年来研究的新发现,适度饥饿能使人的生命活力增强、寿命增加。动物试验的结果证实,处于半饥半饱状态下的老鼠,比吃饱的老鼠心脏更健康、免疫力更强、癌症的发生率更低、生殖能力更旺盛,寿命也延长了60%。

Moderate hunger can enhance people’s vitality and increase their life expectancy. The results of animal experiments confirmed that mice in a half-full-fledged state were healthier and more immunized than the heart of a full-fledged rat, with a lower incidence of cancer, more reproductive capacity and a 60% longer lifespan.
