清栓酶是从东北陆生白眉蝮蛇蛇毒中分离和提取的一种酶制剂。本文通过离体大鼠工作心脏停灌再灌注观察清栓酶对再灌注损伤的作用。实验结果表明:停灌40min后,在逆灌和顺灌时各项心功能指标均显著降低。0.625u/L清栓酶能降低再灌后室颤发生率。在逆灌15min时,0.625u/L和0.938u/L清栓酶能防止冠脉流量减少。0.625u/L清栓酶能防止心肌收缩力下降促进+dp/dtmax恢复。0.938u/L清栓酶能防止LVSP下降。在处于工作心脏时,0.625、0.938u/L清栓酶能促进冠脉流量恢复。0.625u/L清栓酶对心肌收缩力
Aminosterase is an enzyme preparation isolated and extracted from the Northeast Terrestrial Vipera venom. In this study, the effect of erythromycin on reperfusion injury was observed in isolated rat heart suspension. The experimental results showed that: After 40 min of irrigation, all cardiac function indexes were significantly decreased during reverse irrigation and irrigation. 0.625u/L clearing enzyme can reduce the incidence of ventricular fibrillation after reperfusion.
