用粘虫核型多角体病毒 ( Mythimna separata Polyhedrosis Virus,Ms NPV)感染粘虫的NEAU- Ms- 94 7311和 NEAU- Ms- 94 10 15,草地夜蛾的 IPL B- SF- 2 1AE,八字地老虎的 Xc730 E四株昆虫细胞系。试验结果表明 ,异源的 IPL B- SF- 2 1AE和 Xc730 E细胞均不能被 Ms NPV感染 ,同源的 NEAU- Ms- 94 7311和 NEAU- Ms- 94 10 15细胞对 Ms NPV的敏感性有明显差异 ,前者在接种病毒后 10 d感染率平均达 39.51% ,形成多角体数目为 2 6.14PIBs/感染细胞 ,而后者被感染的细胞数极少
Infestation of Mythimna separata Polyhedrosis Virus (Ms NPV) with NEAU-Ms-94 7311 and NEAU-Ms-94 10 15 against Mythimna separata and IPL B-SF-2 1AE from S. septempunctata Tiger Xc730 E four insect cell lines. The results showed that none of the heterologous IPL B-SF-2 1AE and Xc730 E cells could be infected with Ms NPV. The sensitivity of homologous NEAU-Ms-94 7311 and NEAU-Ms-94 10 15 cells to Ms NPV was Significantly different, the former after inoculation virus 10 days infection rate averaged 39.51%, the number of polyhedrosis is 2 6.14PIBs / infected cells, while the latter is infected with very few cells
