通过施加胡桃楸-落叶松混交林中4种落叶松根际和非根际浓度的根系分泌物,研究其对胡桃楸幼苗生长、根系活力和菌根侵染率的影响。盆栽试验结果表明:(1)施加根际浓度的处理中,2,4-二羟基苯甲酸和阿魏酸处理的根系活力和菌根侵染率与对照比分别提高33.5%、10.7%和6.8%、5.7%,而其余处理普遍降低了胡桃楸的根系活力和菌根侵染率。(2)施加非根际浓度的处理中,胡桃楸的根系活力和菌根侵染率变化程度较大,与对照相比增减不一。(3)2,4-二羟基苯甲酸的根际和非根际浓度对胡桃楸生长都具有促进作用。(4)胡桃楸根系活力、菌根侵染率与生物量之间相关系数分别为0.897、0.91、0.877和0.912、0.894、0.917,达到极显著相关,表明较高的根系活力和菌根侵染率能够促进胡桃楸的生长。
The effects of rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere root exudates on the seedling growth, root activity and mycorrhizal infection of Juglans mandshurica were studied by applying the root exudates of four species of Larix kaempferi-Larix gmelinii mixed forest. The results of pot experiment showed that: (1) Root activity and mycorrhizal infection rate increased by 33.5%, 10.7% and 6.8% compared with the control respectively in the treatment with rhizosphere concentration %, 5.7%, while the rest of the treatment generally reduce the root activity and mycorrhizal infection rate Juglans mandshurica. (2) The root activity and mycorrhizal infection rate of Juglans mandshurica increased significantly with the application of non-rhizospheric concentration, which was different from the control. (3) The rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere concentrations of 2,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid promoted the growth of Juglans mandshurica. (4) The correlation coefficients of root vigor, mycorrhizal infection rate and biomass were 0.897,0.91,0.877 and 0.912,0.894,0.917, respectively. The correlation coefficients were very significant, indicating that the higher root activity and mycorrhizal infection The rate can promote the growth of Juglans mandshurica.
