目的 :探讨卫生资源密度指数 (HRDI)在卫生人力资源配置中的实用性。方法 :采用分层随机抽样法对 10个样本县卫生人力资源总量及各类指标分布现状进行分析和预测。结果 :我国目前卫生人力资源分布与人口密度和经济状况成正比 ,与地理面积分布极不协调 ,因而产生人均享受卫生服务不公平。根据 HRDI测算的卫生人力资源需要量符合我国卫生人力资源配置的实际情况。结论 :HRDI是兼顾人口分布和地理分布规律的指标 ,对我国卫生人力资源配置具有实用性。
Objectives: To explore the utility of the HRDI in the allocation of human resources for health. Methods: The stratified random sampling method was used to analyze and predict the distribution of total human health resources and various indicators in 10 sample counties. Results: The current distribution of human resources for health in China is directly proportional to the population density and economic conditions, and is inconsistent with the geographic area distribution. As a result, per capita health care services are unfair. The health human resources requirements measured by HRDI are in line with the actual situation of China’s allocation of human resources for health. Conclusion: HRDI is an index that takes into account the population distribution and geographical distribution, and has practicality for the allocation of health human resources in China.
