“互联网+”时代下微信的快速普及促使幼儿园开始反思和调整自我的“家园合作”模式,以期适应新的教育合作生态。本文选取了江苏省5所幼儿园(公立2所、私立3所,共224份样本)作为调查对象,考察了微信支持下的家园合作模式和家长的参与行为、参与内容和参与心理机制。研究表明:现阶段微信“家园合作”对“保育园”的功能发挥还不充分;家长参与整体积极但模式被动,参与层次在家长年龄方面呈现差异;对“班级”和“幼儿园事务”的讨论还未成为“家园合作”的热点;目前合作的主要问题是隐私“保护机制”和使用“情感支持”缺乏。最后,文章在现状梳理的基础上为未来微信“家园合作”的推进提出了三点建议。
The rapid popularization of WeChat in the age of “Internet + ” has forced kindergartens to start their “home-town cooperation ” mode of reflection and self-adjustment in order to adapt to the new education cooperation ecology. This paper selects five kindergartens in Jiangsu Province (2 public and 3 privately owned, 224 samples) as the investigation object, examines the home cooperation mode and parental participation behavior, participation content and participation psychological mechanism supported by WeChat. The research shows that at this stage, the functions of WeChat ’s “home-park cooperation ” to “nursery school ” are not enough; parents participate in the overall positive but the patterns are passive, the participation level presents differences in the age of the parents; The discussion of “kindergarten affairs” has not become a hotspot in “home-based cooperation.” The main problem of the current cooperation is the lack of privacy “protection mechanism” and the use of “emotional support.” Finally, based on the current situation, the article puts forward three suggestions for the future promotion of WeChat “home-town cooperation ”.
