随着经济和科技的不断发展与进步,采矿工程需求的人才已经不再是过去那种单一的专业型的人才,而且为了与传统的高等院校竞争,新建本科院校采矿工程专业必须要培养应用型人才。为此,通过分析工科应用型人才的特征,有针对性地对人才培养体系进行调整,制定符合社会需求和学校实际的应用型人才培养方案,并采用多元化的检验方式进行课程考核,结合对毕业生的寻访调查和课程结课成绩的比较,最终探索出能够适应当代应用型人才培养需要的新的人才培养方案。
With the constant development and progress of economy and science and technology, the talent needed in mining engineering is no longer the single professional talent in the past, and in order to compete with the traditional institutions of higher learning, the newly-established mining engineering major of undergraduate colleges and universities must be cultivated Applied Talents. Therefore, through the analysis of the characteristics of engineering applied talents, we can adjust the personnel training system in a targeted manner, formulate a practical training program that meets the needs of the society and the actual conditions in schools, and adopt a variety of testing methods to evaluate the curriculum. The search of graduates and the result of the final course comparison finally explore new talent training programs that can meet the needs of contemporary applied talents training.
